The Botanic Bistro was established in July 1998 and has since built a reputation of fine cuisine and excellent service. In 2004 an extensive refurbishment was successfully completed providing an upper tier in the restaurant to accommodate an ever increasing demand.

Today the restaurant maintains its quality and service ethics making it a very popular dinning destination, strengthened by the opening of Langs Wine Bar next door to allow relaxation both before and after a meal.
