In August this year an opportunity arose for Paul & Claire Lang to open a new restaurant in the small Lancashire village of Little Hoole, near Preston.  This latest venture which opened on 13^th September offers similar English-French cuisine to that of the Botanic Bistro in Churchtown, which is renowned for its fine dining and quality service.  The newly refurbished restaurant seats 80 covers, which also comprises of a contemporary bar area for a relaxing drink before or after dining.  Langs of Longton also provides an outside courtyard dining area for those summer days  and bright evenings.  Paul & Claire have created a luxurious contemporary venue for all occasions, whether it is an intimate meal for two or a large party celebration.
